Location: Candidates located near a office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis are considered hybrid, with flexibility to work from home or at a office.
Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

What you will do
- Act as a strategic end-to-end learning leader across design, facilitation, and subject matter expertise.
- Manage shifting enterprise priorities that evolve with business needs using a portfolio management approach.
- Champion learning initiatives that embed growth into the daily flow of work.
- Partner across business teams to translate complex concepts into accessible programs.
- Establish robust, data-driven measurement strategies.
- Lead engaging, high-stakes facilitation sessions for diverse audiences across the organization.
Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (a Master’s in ID or HR is a plus).
- Consulting mindset with a proven ability to manage a portfolio of stakeholders and projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a track record of facilitating complex topics (including EQ and leadership) for both large groups and executive teams.
- Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Ability to travel frequently for business meetings, team on-sites, and events.
