Location: Candidates located near a hirify.global office or workspace in Birmingham, San Francisco, or Minneapolis are considered hybrid, with flexibility to work from home or at a hirify.global office.

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000

• Partner across business teams to translate complex concepts into accessible programs.
• Establish robust, data-driven measurement strategies.
• Lead engaging, high-stakes facilitation sessions for diverse audiences across the organization.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or Instructional Design, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (a Master’s in ID or HR is a plus).
• Consulting mindset with a proven ability to manage a portfolio of stakeholders and projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within scope.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and a track record of facilitating complex topics (including EQ and leadership) for both large groups and executive teams.
• Proficiency with industry-standard authoring tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability to travel frequently for business meetings, team on-sites, and events.
