What you will do

• Serve as the dedicated compensation business partner for the Technology org.
• Lead competitive intelligence strategy for technical roles, conducting sophisticated market research and analysis.
• Develop scalable processes, tools, and dashboards that enable self-service access to market data across the organization.
• Build and maintain dynamic compensation models and frameworks specifically tailored to technical roles.
• Create compelling data narratives and presentations for leadership, translating complex market analysis into clear strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• 10+ years of compensation experience with deep expertise in technical roles and competitive market analysis.
• Advanced skills in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and visualization tools (Excel, SQL, Python, R, or similar).
• Experience building competitive intelligence programs from the ground up.
• Strong program management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communicator who can distill complex market data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.
• We require at least a Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with compensation consulting or market research roles.
• Background in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
• Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Economics, Statistics, Data Science, etc.).
• Knowledge of AI/ML talent markets and research organizations.
• Experience with modern data tools and business intelligence platforms.
