Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do

  • Lead customer relationships for a defined hirify.global Product Suite, driving overall strategy for a specific territory.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Pod Leader to aid in closing complex multi-suite enterprise opportunities with strategic accounts.
  • Establish and manage relationships between hirify.global and senior leaders of customer and prospect governments.
  • Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing activities.
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects at different levels of the organization.
  • Lead contract negotiations and develop demand-generation campaigns in partnership with the marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling software solutions.
  • Proven experience navigating and selling to school districts or K–12 education systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience with a CRM, ideally SalesForce.
