Salary: $139,500 – $196,900 USD (based on geographic zone)

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial outbound sourcing to final contract closing.
  • Generate up to 50% of your own sales pipeline through cold calling, email, and social sourcing.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of core financial products to prospective mid-market customers.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain and nurture strong relationships with prospective buyers throughout the decision process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B mid-market sales with a proven performance record.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
  • Direct experience in SaaS new business sales.
  • Proficiency in sales stack tools including Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
  • Demonstrated success in self-generating pipeline and managing complex, full-cycle sales.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong objection handling abilities.
