What you will do

  • Drive net new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing volume-based and strategic six-figure opportunities.
  • Build and nurture senior-level relationships with key decision-makers and champions within prospect organizations.
  • Execute territory planning strategies to effectively manage a pipeline in collaboration with Sales Development teammates.
  • Perform high-volume outbound activities, including cold calling and networking to self-generate leads.
  • Accurately forecast monthly and quarterly revenue for your assigned territory.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Account Management and Client Success to ensure seamless client transitions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in SaaS sales with a track record of achieving sales quotas.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is required as the standardized language for all operations.
  • Must be located in the AMER region for time zone alignment.
  • Strong expertise in CRM tools and modern sales processes, including qualification and objection resolution.
  • Ability to demonstrate and integrate automation and AI capabilities into sales workflows.
  • Self-motivated professional with strong multitasking and prioritization skills.

  • Experience in the HR industry.
  • Previous experience working in a fully hirify.global, asynchronous environment.
