TL;DR

Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, US

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

What you will do

  • Lead customer relationships for a defined hirify.global Product Suite, driving strategy for a specific territory and marshaling the pre-sales team.
  • Work collaboratively with the Enterprise Pod Leader to close complex, multi-suite enterprise opportunities with strategic accounts.
  • Establish and manage relationships between hirify.global and senior leaders of customer and prospect governments.
  • Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, and marketing/PR activities.
  • Make sales presentations to customers and prospects, including high-level product demonstrations.
  • Take ownership of sales process management and participate in sales planning status meetings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience required.
  • 4+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling software solutions required.
  • Strong work ethic and hunter mentality.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
  • Experience with a CRM, ideally SalesForce.
