What you will do
- Lead and coach a renewals team to ensure operational excellence and consistency in execution.
- Manage the customer lifecycle and renewal/expansion processes for enterprise accounts.
- Execute tailored renewal and upsell strategies, including saving at-risk accounts.
- Oversee forecasting and reporting cadences for the digital portfolio.
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to facilitate account transitions and value delivery.
- Present value-driven data and reporting to customer decision makers.
Requirements
- 3+ years of closing experience in a SaaS Account Management or New Sales role.
- 1+ years of experience as a renewal or sales team lead with player-coaching responsibilities.
- Proven history of exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Strong presentation skills and experience building credibility with decision makers.
- Proficiency in forecasting and managing sales cycles through a CRM like Salesforce.
- Bachelor's degree required.
