Salary: $130,000 - $180,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Lead and coach a renewals team to ensure operational excellence and consistency in execution.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle and renewal/expansion processes for enterprise accounts.
  • Execute tailored renewal and upsell strategies, including saving at-risk accounts.
  • Oversee forecasting and reporting cadences for the digital portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success teams to facilitate account transitions and value delivery.
  • Present value-driven data and reporting to customer decision makers.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of closing experience in a SaaS Account Management or New Sales role.
  • 1+ years of experience as a renewal or sales team lead with player-coaching responsibilities.
  • Proven history of exceeding individual and team sales targets.
  • Strong presentation skills and experience building credibility with decision makers.
  • Proficiency in forecasting and managing sales cycles through a CRM like Salesforce.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
