What you will do

• Design, build, and manage AI agents and workflows to improve GTM efficiency.
• Scale the AIQL pipeline and integrate intent signals across core marketing and sales tooling.
• Operate at the intersection of Growth, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to run experiments.
• Identify opportunities to automate lead generation, content marketing, and sales processes.
• Own the architecture of the signal-based GTM engine and report on weekly metrics.

Requirements

• Must be based in Costa Rica
• 5+ years of experience in a technical growth or GTM engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot and workflow automation.
• Ability to operate independently and lead systems with minimal oversight.
• Understanding of GTM funnels, account scoring, and sales metrics.
• Experience building automations that connect systems via APIs and data pipelines.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python or TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of databases.
