What you will do

• Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for your pod to drive revenue and customer adoption.
• Lead coordination between Sales, Solutions, and Customer Success teams.
• Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from discovery to closing.
• Maintain a healthy and predictable pipeline with strong velocity.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to provide customer feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Refine and document GTM playbooks to ensure scalable and repeatable motions.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading GTM, sales, or revenue functions.
• Strong track record of achieving revenue targets and managing expansions.
• Experience navigating multi-stakeholder and complex sales environments.
• Ability to operate as both a leader and hands-on contributor.
• Proficiency with CRM tooling such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to operate in ambiguity.
