GTM Enablement Manager (SaaS): Building and managing the end-to-end onboarding experience for customer-facing roles with an accent on program design, facilitation, and driving new hire productivity. Location: Must be based in the United States, with a preference for San Francisco or Seattle for hybrid hub access and regular in-person bootcamp delivery.
Salary: $150,000–$190,000 base + additional annual stipends for WFH meals, professional development, and office setup.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, including content creation, program management, and iteration.
- Lead cohort-based onboarding experiences, including virtual sessions and in-person bootcamps at company hubs.
- Extract and codify top-performer practices into repeatable, scalable enablement content.
- Drive time-to-productivity improvements through role-specific ramp paths.
- Measure program effectiveness using leading indicators and partner with Sales Ops and Leadership to align with business outcomes.
- Leverage AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT) to optimize enablement efficiency and program delivery.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States.
- 3-5+ years of experience in sales enablement, direct sales, or related GTM roles.
- Proven experience building and managing engaging onboarding programs.
- Exceptional facilitation skills with an ability to adapt to audiences in real-time.
- Understanding of sales reality, including experience carrying a quota or deep exposure to sales operations.
- Willingness to travel (approx. 20-40%) to support in-person bootcamp delivery.
Nice to have
- Experience enabling teams selling technical infrastructure, developer-focused products, or OSS/PLG models.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodologies.
- Experience with sales tech stacks like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
