TL;DR
GTM Enablement Manager (Product): Building and executing release-driven enablement and technical product curricula for customer-facing teams with an accent on translating complex infrastructure software concepts into actionable sales knowledge. Focus on creating role-specific learning journeys, partnering cross-functionally with Product/PMM, and leveraging AI to scale enablement impact.
Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote). Occasional travel required for team events.
Salary: $150,000–$190,000 base salary, plus equity and extensive benefits package.

What you will do
- Partner with Product Marketing and SMEs to translate product releases into effective field-ready enablement materials.
- Craft and manage foundational product curricula tailored for Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Technical Services teams.
- Lead regular product enablement sessions, certification programs, and ongoing curriculum updates.
- Collect and analyze field feedback to identify knowledge gaps and drive continuous improvement of enablement programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure enablement content aligns with the latest product direction and field reality.
- Utilize AI tools to create, iterate, and translate technical complexity into high-impact content for the GTM organization.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in enablement, technical sales, or a related GTM role.
- Must be located in the United States.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-engineering audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in owning and contributing to product-to-field enablement motions.
- Deep understanding of sales processes and how product knowledge integrates into GTM strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on building structure from ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience selling or enabling teams for technical infrastructure products or bottoms-up OSS/PLG motions.
- Familiarity with Command of the Message and MEDDPICC methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Asana, and content creation platforms like Descript or Gamma.
