Location: Must be based in Portugal (Remote)

Salary: €33,600 – €59,400 per year

What you will do

  • Architect and manage signal-based GTM engines and AI-driven lead qualification workflows.
  • Build and maintain automation between CRM, marketing, and sales platforms using APIs and data pipelines.
  • Run rapid experiments to identify and prioritize sales opportunities and increase pipeline conversion.
  • Develop and manage AI agents to assist sales teams with research and targeted account outreach.
  • Collaborate across Growth, Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to drive revenue impact.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Portugal
  • 5+ years of experience in a technical growth or GTM role.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM/GTM tooling like Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Strong proficiency in building automations, API integrations, and data pipelines.
  • Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages such as Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with lead scoring, routing, and sales funnel optimization.
