Salary: $70,000 — $112,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and manage a defined territory of accounts, including existing Catchpoint customers and the installed base.
- Partner with AEs to execute account plans and progress opportunities.
- Identify and land initial use cases, then expand into broader adoption across teams.
- Build relationships with technical and business stakeholders, including SREs, DevOps, and IT leaders.
- Deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations aligned to customer needs.
- Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B technology sales, with exposure to enterprise accounts.
- Proven track record of $1M+ quota attainment, consistently achieving 100%+ of quota.
- Experience selling complex, multi-stakeholder solutions into IT organizations.
- Formal training in MEDDPICC and/or strategic account planning frameworks.
- Exposure to observability, monitoring, networking, or related technical domains.
- Competitive, coachable, and collaborative, with strong organizational skills.
