What you will do

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements for customers, partners, and suppliers.
• Provide legal advice on a variety of legal matters, with a primary emphasis on commercial technology contracts.
• Identify commercial, legal, and compliance risks arising from existing and contemplated commercial transactions and initiatives.
• Monitor legal, legislative, and regulatory trends applicable to the business, such as data privacy, security, and data protection laws.
• Work with other departments across the globe to ensure consistency of advice.
• Lead other legal and compliance projects as requested.

Requirements

• Law degree from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• 8+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent written, oral, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize high-priority tasks.
• Prior in-house experience in a fast-paced environment working to tight deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
