What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and manage high-level relationships with key clients and agency partners.
- Define and execute KPI-driven measurement strategies and data-backed business narratives.
- Monitor and translate vertical-specific market trends into strategic growth opportunities.
- Facilitate meetings with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative environment to drive impact beyond individual quotas.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience in the digital media industry.
- 2+ years of professional team management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and present credibly at all levels.
- Proven success in managing the full sales process from planning to closing.
- Must work onsite 4+ days per week as per the Default Together policy.
