TL;DR

Location: Must work in the office 4+ days per week in New York

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Partners to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Build and manage high-level relationships with key clients and agency partners.
  • Define and execute KPI-driven measurement strategies and data-backed business narratives.
  • Monitor and translate vertical-specific market trends into strategic growth opportunities.
  • Facilitate meetings with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to drive impact beyond individual quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or equivalent experience.
  • 12+ years of experience in the digital media industry.
  • 2+ years of professional team management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and present credibly at all levels.
  • Proven success in managing the full sales process from planning to closing.
  • Must work onsite 4+ days per week as per the Default Together policy.

  • Existing relationships with brand marketers and advertising agencies.
  • Experience working effectively within cross-functional matrix organizations.
