TL;DR

Senior Compensation Partner (HRtech): Responsible for building and scaling compensation programs to attract, retain, and reward top talent with an accent on data, policy, and people. Focus on automation, scalable workflows, and AI-aware tooling to improve decision quality and ensure compliance.

Location: Denver, CO; San Francisco, CA; New York, NY. Employees based in those locations will be expected to work from the office on designated days approximately 2-3 days per week (or more depending on role).

Salary: $124,000 to $150,000 in Denver, and $152,000 to $185,000 in San Francisco and New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate location, experience, and expertise.

What you will do

  • Develop, implement, and communicate compensation programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate compensation philosophy into actionable programs.
  • Lead annual compensation cycles and own the end-to-end process.
  • Perform market analyses and compensation studies using survey data.
  • Use AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis and reduce planning and reporting load.
  • Build and maintain compensation dashboards and data visualizations.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, People Operations, or a related analytical function in a high-growth technology environment.
  • AI fluency with hands-on experience using AI tools or automation.
  • Hands-on experience running compensation cycles and building scalable programs.
  • Survey benchmarking fluency with Radford/Aon, Mercer, or comparable compensation survey tools.
  • Experience building durable workflows, automating reports, or designing operating mechanisms.
  • Strong analytical foundation with advanced spreadsheet skills and experience building dashboards.

Nice to have

  • Background in Mathematics, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
