What you will do

• Lead multi-phase implementation programmes for enterprise clients, building customer platforms and managing project plans.
• Manage a broad stakeholder map, maintaining alignment and momentum across engagements.
• Drive structured delivery across milestones, dependencies, and critical path items.
• Become a deep expert on the hirify.global platform, advising clients with authority.
• Own escalation management and issue resolution.
• Partner with product and engineering to flag platform limitations and influence the roadmap.

Requirements

• Significant experience managing end-to-end SaaS implementations for enterprise organisations.
• Experience leading implementations running 4-9+ months with large, complex stakeholder groups.
• A track record running structured UAT programmes and managing the transition from implementation to live operations.
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery, aligning product, engineering, operations, and client teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for workshops, training, and executive presentations.
• Strong commercial awareness of the foundation of long-term client relationships.
