What you will do

• Oversee project management for multiple analytics projects, ensuring all stages are followed and deadlines met.
• Manage team resources across projects to ensure efficient work distribution and delivery.
• Maintain clear communication channels between internal teams, clients, and finance regarding scope and billings.
• Design, implement, and document new processes and templates to improve team ways of working.
• Line manage principle project coordinators, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Identify project pressure points and proactively provide solutions to keep projects on track.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Must be able to work from the London office approximately four days a week.
• Proven experience in project management, ideally within an analytics or marketing environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge communication between technical teams and clients.
• Solid understanding of commercial processes, including scope management and resource tracking.
• Experience in team leadership or line management with a focus on mentoring and development.
