What you will do

• Provide technical support to the team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Suggest and implement improvements to IT systems.
• Prioritise and manage time, balancing support tasks with contributions to IT projects.
• Continuously explore, learn, and develop technical skills.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk role, supporting macOS and Windows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve, taking ownership of issues.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working within a cloud-first tech stack, including SSO, MDM (Jamf, Intune), and Google Workspace.
• Proactive and collaborative spirit.
• Passion for technology and a drive to learn and develop new skills.
