IT Support Specialist

What you will do

• Provide hardware and software support for Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
• Ensure all endpoints remain compliant with corporate security and device management policies.
• Manage office video conferencing solutions and mobile device distribution.
• Support the onboarding and offboarding process for employees.
• Maintain network access and system services in line with operational agreements.
• Contribute to a highly automated IT environment and support team objectives.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a similar IT service environment.
• Proficiency in supporting Apple and Windows endpoints managed via enterprise MDM solutions.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, and the Atlassian suite.
• Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment and adhere to SLAs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
