Account Director, Creative (Dutch Speaking)

TL;DR

Account Director (Creative): Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and growing revenue for both hirify.global® and the client based on consultative advice with an accent on go-to-market strategies and new service propositions. Focus on strategic client development and managing complex digital client projects.

Location: Hybrid, 2-3 days from the office in Amsterdam, Maastricht, Rotterdam, Veenendaal, or Zwolle. Opportunity to work from abroad for 13 weeks a year.

• Develop go-to-market strategies, new service propositions, and pitches.
• Convince clients to work with hirify.global® by asking the right questions.
• Build solid relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Drive strategic and sustainable client development.
• Manage complex digital client projects and journeys, focusing on profitability.
• Serve as a communicative interface between clients and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Experienced Account Director with at least 7 years of agency experience.
• Passion for digital marketing and sales talent.
• Great communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experienced in working on pitches.
• Ambitious, results-oriented, and organized.
• Fluent in English and preferably also fluent in Dutch.
