What you will do

• Provide professional design advice and product recommendations to customers on the showroom floor.
• Guide customers through the digital furniture configurator to create personalized, tailored pieces.
• Lead, coach, and motivate a small team of Design Advisors to ensure high performance and growth.
• Manage daily store operations, including shift planning and visual merchandising standards.
• Act as a key link between the local store and HQ, providing insights to shape offline retail strategy.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction targets while delivering an inspiring brand experience.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required
• Dutch: C1+ required
• Passion for design, furniture, and architecture.
• Experience or strong drive to lead and mentor a team.
• Comfort with digital tools, product configurators, and CRM systems.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on exceptional customer service.
