Salary: $130,000 to $175,000 annually, depending on experience and location.

What you will do

• Lead account growth by expanding hirify.global’s footprint into new lines of business and digital agendas.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline aligned to client priorities and hirify.global capabilities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, expanding hirify.global’s access and strategic relevance.
• Own account health, revenue targets, and cross-practice collaboration.
• Use AI to accelerate RFP comprehension, POV development, and stakeholder mapping.
• Mentor and enable teams to use AI as a force multiplier.

Requirements

• Proven track record of expanding accounts by engaging new stakeholders.
• Daily use of AI to accelerate research, insights, prep, and narrative development.
• Expertise in account planning, commercial governance, and annual business planning.
• Exceptional storytelling, persuasion, and facilitation skills.
• Strong ability to partner with Delivery Leads, Solution Architects, and Practice Directors.
• Must be based in the United States.
