GTM Systems Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: New York City; on-site at the Union Square office

Salary: $134,000–$200,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own and improve Salesforce and the broader go-to-market systems stack.
• Configure Salesforce workflows, fields, validations, permissions, and automations.
• Manage integrations across Salesforce, Gong, marketing automation, CPQ and billing systems, and Stripe.
• Build and support lead routing, opportunity stages, forecasting, and quote-to-cash workflows.
• Identify process, automation, and data-quality gaps; scope, build, and ship improvements independently.
• Triage incoming requests, prioritize work by impact and effort, troubleshoot issues, and partner with stakeholders on system solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience for the Analyst level or 5+ years for the Senior Analyst level in RevOps or GTM Systems.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud configuration and Salesforce automation experience.
• Experience working with multiple GTM tools and integrations, including tools such as Gong, marketing platforms, CPQ, and billing systems.
• Experience supporting or scaling Salesforce in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Ability to choose between quick fixes and scalable solutions, prioritize requests, and explain system tradeoffs clearly to non-technical users.
• Ability to work on-site in New York City.

Nice to have

• Salesforce Admin or additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience implementing CPQ or billing systems.
• Salesforce development experience with Apex or Lightning Web Components.
• Consulting experience or experience working across multiple Salesforce organizations.
