Senior GTM Partner Systems Engineer (Salesforce)

Location: United States; up to 10% travel may be required for onboarding, partner or client work, team meetings, and industry events.

What you will do

• Own delivery of Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and integrations from sprint planning through deployment.
• Build and maintain integrations across the GTM stack, including the external-facing partner portal, partner management systems, and payment data.
• Maintain reliable and secure data flows with strict access and permission governance.
• Triage and resolve high-impact platform and data issues while communicating status to the Product Owner and business partners.
• Use AI tools to accelerate engineering work and automate repetitive tasks.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience engineering enterprise systems and Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow, and systems integrations.
• Strong software engineering practices, including DRY, SOLID, KISS, GitHub-based pull request reviews, and code quality standards.
• Ability to collaborate with Product Owners and Architects to size work and identify technical constraints.
• Ability to troubleshoot platform and data issues and manage secure access and permissions.
