Sr. Salesforce Software Engineer

Location: Austin, TX; on-site in the Austin offices three days per week

Salary: $125,000–$156,300 USD per year, plus performance bonuses and equity

What you will do

• Design and evolve Sales Cloud and Service Cloud architecture, metadata frameworks, custom objects, and scalable data models.
• Define Salesforce platform standards, coding guidelines, integration patterns, and governance practices.
• Architect workflows, automation, omni-channel capabilities, Einstein Analytics, Einstein Copilot, and Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives.
• Design secure integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using REST, OAuth, SSO, MuleSoft, and AWS.
• Lead multi-org, multi-cloud implementations from solution design through production, including person accounts and skill-based routing.
• Mentor Salesforce developers and administrators, conduct design reviews, and align technical roadmaps with product and engineering leadership.

Requirements

• Ability to work on-site in Austin, TX three days per week
• 10+ years of Salesforce architecture and implementation experience with deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Expert knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL optimization, Governor Limits, performance optimization, and data modeling.
• Experience designing secure, scalable integrations using REST APIs, OAuth, SSO, and MuleSoft.
• Experience architecting multi-org, multi-cloud solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong security, data governance, compliance, executive communication, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• AWS, MuleSoft, or Heroku integration experience.
• Experience with Einstein Analytics, Einstein Copilot, or other AI-driven Salesforce capabilities.
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect certification.
• Healthcare or regulated-industry experience.
