Manager, GTM Applications (Salesforce)

Location: USA - Remote

Base salary: $125,000–$180,000 per year, plus potential bonuses, equity grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor distributed Salesforce developers and QA professionals across different experience levels and technologies.
• Deliver Salesforce and partner commerce capabilities supporting sales, channels, new products, market expansion, and partnerships.
• Own roadmaps, requirements, process definition, fit/gap analysis, project estimation, resource allocation, and delivery planning.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and collaborate with business analysts, product teams, PMO, consultants, vendors, and global IT teams.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance through architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, testing, integrations, and data migrations.
• Manage budgets, FTE and consulting resources, delivery metrics, and collaboration between US and offshore teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce development or equivalent cross-functional experience in Demand-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, or Quote-to-Cash.
• Experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced, CPQ, Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, configuration, and custom development.
• 2+ years managing Salesforce developers and contractors using Agile methodology.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of platform security vulnerabilities involving SOQL, Apex, and related Salesforce technologies.
• Strong business consulting, presentation, documentation, technical delivery, resource management, and AI adoption experience.

Nice to have

• Revenue Cloud Advanced project delivery experience.
• Consulting background, including Big Four experience.
