GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce/AI)

Location: Remote - US. Hiring is currently unavailable in Montana, Hawaii, Alaska, and Washington DC.

What you will do

• Architect, build, maintain, and automate scalable Salesforce solutions for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success.
• Support integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools such as Gong, LeanData, ChiliPiper, and Cognism.
• Manage AI-powered GTM integrations and partner with the AI enablement team to implement, troubleshoot, and evolve them.
• Lead the migration from Salesforce CPQ to a new CPQ platform and administer quoting workflows, product catalogs, and pricing rules.
• Document data structures, relationships, definitions, and processes, and conduct internal Salesforce and reporting training.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Salesforce administration or development experience.
• Salesforce Administration or Advanced Administration certification.
• Hands-on CPQ experience.
• Technical proficiency in SQL and database structures, including complex queries.
• Experience scoping requirements with departments and leadership and delivering projects through completion.
• Experience with AI-powered tools and Salesforce integrations, plus willingness to work with an internal AI enablement team.

Nice to have

• Advanced Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or equivalent tools such as Vendori or DealHub.
• Experience configuring or maintaining AI features within Salesforce.
