GTM Systems Administrator (Salesforce)

Location: Dallas, United States; onsite Monday through Friday

What you will do

• Maintain the Salesforce organization and build or troubleshoot record-triggered, screen, and scheduled Flows.
• Support integrations and workflows across Salesloft, Clari, Nooks, DealHub, Onfire, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6sense, and other GTM platforms.
• Perform data entry, cleanup, quality checks, and monitoring across Salesforce and connected systems.
• Support user provisioning, access management, application assignments, onboarding, and offboarding through Okta.
• Triage Jira-based system requests, gather requirements, coordinate testing and releases, and escalate complex issues.
• Document configurations and processes and contribute to light Apex, validation rule, formula field, or scripting tasks with senior review.

Requirements

• US citizenship and ability to work onsite in the Dallas office Monday through Friday; sponsorship is not available.
• 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, preferably supporting GTM or Revenue Operations.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce Flow, including record-triggered and screen flows.
• Experience supporting requirements gathering, testing, and releases under senior guidance.
• Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, attention-to-detail, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with GTM platforms such as Salesloft, Clari, Nooks, DealHub, Onfire, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or 6sense.
• Experience with Jira-based ticketing or intake processes.
• Basic familiarity with Apex, SOQL, or other light development skills.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
