TL;DR

Manager, Integrated Marketing: Leading the planning and execution of go-to-market campaigns that support key business initiatives across the firm with an accent on campaign orchestration and delivery excellence. Location: Consistent with the firm's hybrid work model, this position will require in-person attendance at least three days per week, either at a GT office or client site.

Salary: The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Chicago, IL, Downers Grove, IL, Cleveland, OH, Minneapolis, MN, Reno, NV, and Baltimore, MD offices only is between $104,000 and $156,000 per year. The base salary range for this position in the firm’s Washington, DC, Boston, MA, Edison, NJ, and New York, NY, and Melville, NY offices only is between $112,300 and $168,500 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end planning and execution of integrated GTM campaigns, translating business priorities into clear campaign plans.
  • Own campaign project management, establishing detailed plans, milestones, roles/responsibilities, and timelines to ensure coordinated, on-time delivery.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teams, managing dependencies, aligning priorities, and removing blockers.
  • Drive integrated, multi-channel execution across email, web, content, social, paid media, events, and nurture programs to deliver cohesive campaign experiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, including engagement, meeting generation, and pipeline influence, and drive continuous optimization.
  • Leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve efficiency in planning, content development, and performance reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 6–8+ years of B2B marketing experience in complex, matrixed environments (professional services preferred).
  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Strong project/program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Ability to translate business strategy into actionable marketing plans and deliverables.
  • Data-driven mindset, with experience tracking and interpreting performance metrics.

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting alliance or partner marketing initiatives (e.g., co-branded campaigns) is a plus.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance marketing workflows, content development, and reporting is strongly preferred.
