What you will do

• Own end-to-end field marketing strategy, including planning and hosting high-impact events, webinars, and sponsorships.
• Build and nurture local ecosystems by connecting with developers, creators, partners, and media.
• Collaborate closely with sales and growth teams to align activations with pipeline generation goals.
• Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.
• Drive measurable results by reporting on campaign performance and ROI contribution to revenue.
• Experiment and iterate fast on strategies to optimize marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in field marketing, growth, or GTM roles at high-growth startups.
• Proven ability to partner with sales to align marketing activations to pipeline goals.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
