Salary: $185,000 - $255,000 USD (On Target Earnings)

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end customer marketing support for product launches, including selection, onboarding, and feedback collection.
- Manage early access and beta programs, coordinating customer proof points and co-marketing efforts.
- Build and manage customer reference programs and tiering within CRM to track engagement milestones.
- Oversee customer events programming, including speaker selection, content preparation, and day-of execution.
- Support analyst relations by identifying and prepping customers for briefings and inquiries.
- Establish voice-of-the-customer programs to channel structured feedback directly to product teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in customer marketing or product marketing within B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
- Must be able to work on-site in San Francisco or New York City at least 25% of the time.
- Proven track record of managing early access, beta, or customer preview programs tied to product launches.
- Strong cross-functional project management skills with experience aligning Product, Sales, and Comms.
- Experience supporting analyst relations and prepping customers for briefings.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with Customer Advisory Boards (CABs) or community management.
- Background in the AI/ML ecosystem, specifically developer tools and infrastructure.
- Familiarity with analyst relations firms like Gartner, Forrester, or IDC.
- Experience coordinating co-marketing efforts with cloud service providers.
