What you will do

  • Define the global alliance blueprint for the technology ecosystem, prioritizing critical categories such as Next-Gen AI, Enterprise Core (SAP, Oracle, Workday, Snowflake), and Ecosystem Essentials (ITSM, Security Platforms, Cloud Hyperscalers).
  • Support strategic pursuits and embedded revenue by structuring complex commercial models to create embedded/bundled offerings with key partners.
  • Build frameworks that turn partner sales forces into an extension of the company's own.
  • Drive technical & commercial alignment between Product, Engineering, and Sales to ensure integrations are market-ready products.
  • Oversee integration roadmaps that align platform extensibility with the strategic goals of highest-value partners.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise technology alliances, ISV ecosystems, or strategic business development with direct, measurable revenue impact.
  • Direct experience launching or managing OEM, embedded, or white-label partnerships.
  • Understanding of the landscape of Identity, ERP (SAP/Workday), and the emerging world of Agentic AI and LLMs.
  • Experience building co-sell frameworks, referral programs, and joint GTM engines.
  • Ability to navigate a boardroom at a Fortune 500 partner and white-board an integration roadmap with a Product VP.
