Salary: $175,000 - $205,000 a year

hirify.global is seeking a Sales Hunter to drive net new business in the Insurance vertical.

What you will do

  • Drive net new client acquisition (80%) and growth in dormant/existing accounts (20%).
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Insurance domain offerings.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline through lead generation, prospecting, and networking.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, RFI/RFP responses, negotiations, and deal closure.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with CxO-level executives at target insurance firms.
  • Partner with BFSI leadership to create IP, solutions, and thought leadership in Insurance.

Requirements

  • 12–15+ years of experience in IT services sales, with a proven track record in hunting new business.
  • Demonstrated success in selling Digital Transformation, Cloud, Data Analytics, and Product Engineering services.
  • Strong understanding of Insurance industry (Life, P&C, Specialty), Insurtech trends, regulatory landscape, and emerging models.
  • Experience working in IT services and consulting is a must.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex sales cycles (6–12 months) and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
