HR Advisor

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom (Hybrid); attendance at the Leeds office is required 3 days per week, with occasional travel to other UK company locations.

What you will do

• Provide HR advice and guidance to managers and HR Business Partners on employee relations matters.
• Coach managers through investigations, disciplinary matters, grievances, performance concerns, and absence issues.
• Manage employee relations cases from initial consultation through resolution.
• Support HR, people, policy, process improvement, and business initiatives.
• Maintain accurate case management records and documentation.
• Build stakeholder relationships and travel occasionally within the UK.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of UK employment law, particularly employee relations.
• Experience managing employee relations cases through to resolution.
• Independent working style with sound judgement and discretion.
• Excellent communication, influencing, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proactive and customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work from the Leeds office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience using HR or case management systems.
• CIPD qualification or equivalent HR experience.
