What you will do

• Analyze and optimize end-to-end finance processes across the organization.
• Manage large-scale ledger transformations, specifically focusing on SAP S/4HANA.
• Oversee complex data migrations and ensure the accuracy of general and sub-ledger data flows.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary squads to bridge business requirements and technical solutions.
• Perform financial reconciliation and system testing for new implementations.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business IT, or Economics.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or Oracle Financials.
• Deep understanding of accounting principles including IFRS and GAAP.
• Experience with finance transformation projects and data migration lifecycles.
• Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills.
