Strategy Consultant

TL;DR

Strategy Consultant (Business Strategy): Delivering high-impact transformation programs and board-level strategic initiatives with an accent on data-driven decision-making and digital enablement. Focus on structuring complex business problems, conducting cross-functional analyses, and translating strategic insights into actionable execution plans.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands with a hybrid work requirement of at least 2 days per week in The Hague.

Salary: €5,363–€7,661 (based on 40 hours).

What you will do

• Define and deliver end-to-end transformation projects from strategy to implementation.
• Break down complex corporate challenges into structured analyses and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with external consulting firms to develop strategic insights and facilitate workshops.
• Gather and analyze data to build compelling storylines and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Manage individual deliverables and planning within larger transformation programs.
• Bridge the intersection of business, technology, people, and data to drive tangible outcomes.

Requirements

• Around 2-3 years of experience in strategy consulting or an internal strategy/analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in both Dutch and English for effective communication.
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to turn ambiguity into clarity.
• Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint for data processing and presentation.
• Ability to work onsite in The Hague at least two days per week.
• Proactive and reliable approach to high-level stakeholder management.

Nice to have

• Experience using Think-Cell for presentation workflows.
• Interest in financial services and the role of digital, data, and AI as enablers.
