TL;DR

Business Analyst (Fintech): Driving the renewal of CRS, FATCA, and QI compliance processes within a complex IT environment with an accent on migrating legacy systems to a modern Pega Constellation platform. Focus on translating regulatory requirements into functional designs and coordinating end-to-end delivery within Agile teams.

Location: Hybrid, must be based in Utrecht, Netherlands

Salary: €4,931 – €7,043 gross monthly

What you will do

  • Translate complex regulatory and business needs into clear functional solutions and user stories.
  • Coordinate priorities, timelines, and dependencies across multiple Agile teams.
  • Manage the migration of legacy systems like Siebel and OIA to a new Pega Constellation platform.
  • Ensure compliance, quality, and security throughout the delivery of renewed financial processes.
  • Lead requirement sessions with diverse stakeholders to define end-to-end processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor level education.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
  • Proven experience with Pega, preferably Pega Constellation.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and tax regulations including CRS, FATCA, and QI.
  • Ability to speak and understand Dutch.
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Databricks and/or Airflow.
  • Experience with rule-based development environments like OIA.
