Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 4,931 and EUR 7,043 for a 36-hour work week.

What you will do
- Translate complex regulatory and business requirements into functional designs and user stories for Agile development teams.
- Coordinate and monitor priorities, timelines, and dependencies across multiple teams during large-scale migration projects.
- Contribute to security risk management and support a controlled go-live of renewed CRS, FATCA, and QI processes.
- Work with stakeholders and IT teams to migrate legacy systems such as Siebel and OIA to a future-proof Pega Constellation platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor level education.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
- Experience with migration or renewal projects involving regulatory processes.
- Experience with Pega, preferably Pega Constellation, combined with Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of rule-based development (OIA) and financial and tax regulations (CRS/FATCA/QI).
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to understand and speak Dutch.

- Knowledge of Databricks and/or Airflow.
