What you will do

• Develop, manage, and improve generic digital data solutions that increase measurability and data quality across channels.
• Act as the central point of contact for Digital Analytics, advising teams on data usage, governance, and compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enable effective use of online data for business decisions.
• Improve measurability and data quality through concrete analytics use cases.
• Ensure reliable insights for customer-focused decisions across the bank.

Requirements

• Higher professional or academic working and thinking level (HBO or equivalent).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in digital analytics roles.
• Experience integrating Digital Analytics tools such as Piano Analytics and tag management systems like Tealium iQ.
• Experience with Customer Data Platforms, combined with tools such as Azure DevOps or Power BI.
• Analytical mindset, proactive and communicative.
