Location: Must be based in the Netherlands, with a requirement to work from the office in The Hague at least two days per week.

Salary: €6,406 – €9,151 per month.

What you will do

• Lead defined workstreams within corporate strategy and transformation projects.
• Translate complex business questions into structured approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Drive end-to-end delivery from problem structuring through analysis to final synthesis.
• Engage stakeholders across the organisation through interviews and workshops to ensure alignment.
• Create clear, high-quality storylines and materials for senior stakeholders.
• Coach and support junior consultants in their day-to-day work.

Requirements

• Approximately 5 years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm or an internal strategy/analytical role.
• Strong problem structuring skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear recommendations.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at various organizational levels.
• Interest in corporate strategy with an understanding of digital, data, and AI as enablers.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards.
