What you will do

• Analyse requirements for development and change requests from insurance companies for Premium Calculation Engines (PCEs) and related insurance premium calculation software solutions.
• Collaborate with customers to analyse, validate and document insurance pricing and acceptance frameworks and propose efficient, effective software implementations.
• Design and utilise software test-sets to meticulously validate accurate software development.
• Implement ANVA, CSS and DIAS insurance product configurations and compilate XSD documents, User manuals and other assets.
• Collaborate with Developers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support multiple projects in parallel, demonstrating strong organizational skill, priority analysis, strong problem-solving skills and a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance industry, with exposure to product development
• Solid grasp of insurance operations, including underwriting, policy administration, and pricing logic.
• Familiarity with distribution models and MGA (Managing General Agent) structures is a strong asset.
• Knowledge of industry standards as AFD, XSD and SUIV. Preferably knowledge of VPI applications.
• Extensive ANVA, CSS and DIAS product configuration experience.
• Medium to high level of experience with MS Excel.

Nice to have

• JIRA and Salesforce, XML tools.
• Postman/SoapUi (or other Soap-clients).
