What you will do

• Define and execute global channel strategy to scale the MSP business.
• Develop tailored regional partner engagement models and secure organizational buy-in.
• Collaborate with local managers to recruit, onboard, and develop MSP partners.
• Create enablement materials, playbooks, and training programs to support sales teams.
• Track and report on performance metrics, forecasting, and business reviews.
• Provide actionable market feedback to influence product roadmaps and GTM strategies.

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in IT/software, specifically in channel sales or MSP ecosystems.
• Strong background in cybersecurity solutions such as EDR, XDR, or network security.
• Proven track record in recruiting and scaling partner ecosystems in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence skills.
• Fluent English (C1/C2 required).
• Willingness to travel internationally for events and strategic meetings.
