What you will do
- Manage upselling opportunities for existing clients and develop the customer experience.
- Create strong relationships with existing customers through upselling and cross-selling.
- Identify, navigate, and support clients throughout their decision-making process.
- Develop effective account plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales quota.
- Negotiate with C-Suite and VP-Level Executives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best service to existing clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in closing deals.
- Hunter + Farmer mentality, hungry, persistent, and ready to hustle.
- Good communication skills and empathy.
- Proactive with new ideas and full ownership of activities.
- French: Proficient level required & professional English.
Nice to have
- Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.
- Previous experience in the SMBs market.
