What you will do
- Qualify inbound leads and manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Partner with BDRs to maintain a healthy pipeline and achieve sales KPIs.
- Lead product demonstrations in coordination with the Presales team.
- Drive expansion and upsell opportunities with existing customers.
- Engage with multi-level stakeholders to build persuasive business cases.
- Maintain accurate weekly CRM forecasting and pipeline reporting.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS sales roles.
- Proven ability to use structured sales methodologies.
- Advanced English proficiency and native Spanish speaker.
- Strong cultural fit with a team-oriented, coachable mindset.
- Ability to work from a co-working space in Barcelona for hybrid requirements.
- Discipline in following sales processes and CRM management.
