Location: Hybrid (4 days in-office in Barcelona, Spain)

What you will do

  • Partner with dynamic sales teams to reach out and convert inbound leads, contributing to collective success.
  • Engage in a consultative sales process, helping prospects identify tailored solutions for their needs.
  • Be the go-to expert, educating potential customers on hirify.global's unique value proposition.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team, optimizing the sales pipeline.
  • Efficiently capture, manage, and track lead information using HubSpot CRM.

Requirements

  • Prior sales experience and a genuine passion for building a career in sales.
  • Proactive and driven attitude ensuring timely outreach and consistently meeting or exceeding SLAs and KPIs.
  • Keen understanding of customer needs and adept at presenting solutions to address their challenges.
  • Empathetic communication skills and active listening to foster trust and rapport with customers.
  • Resilience and discipline to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments and deliver results efficiently.
  • Languages: Business Fluency in English and another European language.
