What you will do

  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calling, personalized emails, and social selling.
  • Research prospective customers and identify key decision-makers.

  • Manage your sales workflow using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Continuously learn about customer engagement technology and AI market trends.
  • Improve sales processes by testing new ideas and leveraging automation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Full proficiency in both German and English.
  • Valid permanent work and residence permit for Germany.
  • Strong communication and convincing skills.
  • Eagerness to pursue a career in software sales.
  • Resilient mindset, capable of handling rejections and maintaining persistence.
