What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
- Engage with Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) provided by BDRs and convert them into new business.
- Perform proactive outbound campaigns targeting strategic prospects.
- Utilize the MEDDPICC sales methodology to manage pipeline health and forecasting.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Solutions Architect teams to refine lead quality and product fit.
- Physically attend customer meetings and conferences when required.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in an outbound sales role.
- Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales and activity quotas.
- Strong background in SaaS or PaaS sales, particularly targeting enterprise accounts.
- Expertise in sales analytics, funnel management, and CRM documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multi-cultural team environment.
Nice to have
- Understanding of data harvesting and web crawling concepts.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives.
