What you will do

• Prospect, initiate, and nurture business relationships to build a revenue pipeline.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to closing.
• Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for key decision-makers.
• Determine buying readiness and timelines for mid-market organizations.
• Capture and maintain accurate data metrics within the Salesforce CRM.
• Attend and network at trade shows, conferences, and partner events.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland
• 4+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS environment
• Proven track record of closing deals valued at $50,000+ for 300+ employee organizations
• Experience with MEDDIC or MEDDPICC sales methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to accurately forecast and hit revenue targets
• Strong hunter mentality with a focus on autonomous pipeline generation

• Prior experience in the HR-tech environment
