What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to contract execution for deals in the $30k-$150k ARR range.
- Partner with BDRs and Marketing to build pipeline through both inbound and outbound efforts.
- Run expert product demonstrations and craft ROI-driven messaging tailored to specific buyer personas.
- Negotiate deals that ensure strong long-term customer fit and value delivery.
- Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure seamless onboarding and growth.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and lead tracking within HubSpot.
Requirements
- 4 to 6+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience closing mid-market or upper SMB deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding established sales quotas.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and storytelling capabilities.
- Expertise in navigating complex buying committees and multi-threading deals.
- Proficiency with modern sales tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Chorus, and Notion.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
