Location: Based in Poland (Remote) or Stockholm (HQ) with a 3-month mandatory onboarding in Stockholm.

What you will do
- Generate a sales pipeline from scratch through cold outreach, social media, and networking.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, stakeholder mapping, and contract closing.
- Apply consultative sales frameworks to identify high-value use cases for GenAI.
- Collaborate with Product teams to ensure local market fit and necessary product localizations.
- Track market trends, AI adoption policies, and competitor activities within the region.
Requirements
- Native-level Polish and professional proficiency in English required.
- 3-5+ years of experience in GTM, sales, or similar commercial roles.
- Proven success in driving results within competitive and high-pressure environments.
- Established professional network within the public sector and large enterprises in Poland.
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and independent closing skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in early-stage growth.
